Who:  Elmira City School District Teens in grades 6th - 8th grade. (This includes the City of Elmira and Towns of Elmira & Southport)

What:  The Spot is THE supervised recreational program for the Elmira City School District's Middle School students and always free of charge.

When:   Friday or Saturday nights throughout the 2010 - 2011 school year from 7:00 to 10:00pm

Where:  Broadway and Ernie Davis Middle Schools
