You can download any one of these forms, fill it out on your computer (provided that you have Acrobat 4.0 or Higher), print it, and bring it into the Chemung County Clerk's Office for filing. There will be a $1.00 charge added to your filing fee for this courtesy. Forms can also be purchased at the Chemung County Clerk's Office for $1.00 (no added fee will be charged when you file). These forms are valid at the Chemung County Clerk's Office ONLY.
