Horseheads- The Chemung County Department of Public Works announces that a portion of CR 58 (Upper Oakwood Avenue) will be closed to traffic beginning Friday, September 9, 2011.

A small portion of Upper Oakwood Avenue, approximately 3/4 of a mile south of Grand Central Avenue, will be closed to replace a culvert. The project is expected to be completed in approximately one week depending on the weather.
