BIG FLATS - The Elmira Corning Regional Airport’s ELM PASSplus Passenger Rewards Program held another Prize Drawing this week. Two Grand Prize winners, two 2nd Place winners, and six Runners Up were awarded. The PASSplus program, a free member-based program designed to recognize and appreciate Twin Tiers community members and to keep them informed about services offered by the regional Airport, was launched in the fall of 2006. 

     •  Grand Prize Winners- Steve Manierre of Elmira Heights and Jackie 
         Johnson of Durham,  North Carolina will each receive two Season Ticket
         Badges good for all LPGA Corning  Classic  Events, including admission to
         the Clubhouse, May 19 – 25 at the Corning Country Club courtesy of
         LPGA Corning Classic plus two ELM PassPlus coffee mugs.
     •  2nd Place – Marcia Hajjar of Corning and Wendy Shutter of Ithaca will
         each receive a ten ticket book good any day for admission to the LPGA
         Corning Classic and one ELMPassPlus coffee mug.
     •  Runners Up – Jeanine DeMarco of Lockwood, Diane Eddy of Elmira
         Heights, Bob &  Connie Wrenn of Horseheads, Charles Difasi of Elmira,
         Dalinda Roth of Watkins Glen and  Kerry Hoover of Watkins Glen will each
         receive either One ELM PassPlus coffee mug or One ELM PassPlus
         insulated lunch bag.

Additional drawings for more great prizes offered by our PASSplus Partners will take place throughout the year. All registered PASSplus members are eligible, excluding Airport personnel. Once members win a prize, they will be ineligible for the balance of 2008.

In addition, the Airport offers Every Day Savings through our PASSplus Partners with a growing number of regional businesses passing along savings and discounts to ELM PASSplus members. These regional PASSplus Partners offer the following savings to members:

     •  10% off Food and Beverages at DC-2 Airport Restaurant. Members
         present PASSplus membership card to receive discounts. No expiration
         date.

     •  Wings of Eagles Discovery Center offers $2 off adult admission for 
         PASSplus cardholders. In addition, members receive 10% off in the
         Wings of Eagles gift shop. Good through June 2008.

ELM PASSplus members will also have access to the airport’s new Preferred Parking Area when it becomes available this fall, and receive monthly announcements by email to keep them up to date on the Airport’s ongoing improvements and air service updates.

The Airport is seeking additional PASSplus Partners as the program expands in the months ahead. Participation is easy, as businesses decide on the discount or savings and timing of their offer.  Organizations and business wishing to participate can contact the Airport Manager. In addition, businesses can donate items for inclusion in the quarterly prize drawings.
