News“Local TSA Employees Commemorate Earth Day at Airport” (Updated 4/23/08 with Photos) Monday, April 21, 2008 ![]() Big Flats- Local employees of the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) will be planting a tree tomorrow at the airport in honor of Earth Day. TSA employees provide airport security at checkpoints at our nations' airports. “I think this is a wonderful way for the TSA officers to show their support for the community, the passengers who use our Airport, and the Earth,” said Ann Crook, Elmira Corning Regional Airport Manager. The tree will be planted at 9:00 am near the bus stop at the airport entrance. |
